This kind of PP-R & FRP Pipe has features of high compressive strength, non-deformation under high temperature, non-bending and extreme small longitudinal shrinkage rate, completely solving the serious defects of deformation of PP-R pipe after transmitting hot water.Application: for hot water and other chemical liquid transportation.
This PPR fiberglass reinforced pipe production line is made by a co-extrusion system composed of four extruders, three of them for pipe, one for making line, the uniquely designedspiral co-extrusion die could allocate the fiberglass regularly in thereinforced layer and bond the three layers into a integer. Compared with thetraditional PP-R pipe, such enhanced pipe characters higher rigidity, lowerexpansion and higher pressure. And because of the medium fiberglass layer, thepipe can save more expensive material of PP-R.
