The barrier type screw is specially designed for making PP-R and fiberglass together, even under a low temperature.
We innovate a patented spiral mould for co-extrusion. The fiber is allocated according to the optimum angle, so the strength can be raised differently and proportionately in longitudinal direction and latitudinal direction.
Each of the three layers could be adjusted separately according to the designing of the structure to acquire a high quality and more economical product.
Advantages:
Obvious more rigid than normal PP-Rpipe, could be installed out door.
With the bind of fiberglass, so composite pipe could provide a definitely lower expansion coefficient close to the expansion of the fiber. That results a wide application in transporting high temperature liquid.
Because fiberglass is cheaper than PP-R, and the wall thickness of the pipe could be thinner due to fiber`s high strength, so the cost of the composite pipe is actually reduced.
The connection is compatible with the normal PP-R electric fusion welding. All tools for PP-R pipe can still continuously use for the composite pipe.
The installation standard is followed PP-R pipe, no need for new regulation and training
